How the heck would you get something like this done? Do you dye, then cut? How could he get the dye to be so perfect, the colors don't run into eachother or anything?

I just found it to be interesting and wanted to share.

i think he dyes the whole head then cuts a design in it. i bet the fuzz that's growing back in the bluetooth pic is his natural color. it's all very odd, but at least it's temporary...
