Have any of you used this stove before? I'm considering buying one. It's $200.00 here so I want to get reviews first. Ya know!

I never used it before but it does sounds very interesting Faith. Not for $200.00 but for the capability it provides for temperature control. Also, I looked down at the bottom of the page and it said $96.00. Is there another one?

Hi Faith

I have one, not that exact model though. I used to work in a salon so I have the irons and everything. You can also buy the iron and use it on a regular stove(gas or electric).

The only thing is too use caution when regulating the heat, the irons can get very hot!! Overall I think It may be a good investment. Are you using marcel irons now?

hi...i have that flat iron. it works great but it takes a minute to get used to holding it. i usually just use the regular stove but you do have to be careful and not leave it in the heat too long. i was thinking about getting one of these though so i dont have to worry about the temperature so much.

Thanks Jaquai.

Thanks Destinee. The only iron I use now is my Hot Tools Flatiron. I'm not sure I can use the marcel iron on my regular stove. I have one of those ceramic top stoves...which is totally smooth on top (table smooth). So would I put it on one side and then flip it onto the other side? Would that work? Thanks again.

I think it should work. I had to do that when I had an electric stove. Try it, let me know how it turns out.

BTW have you tried going to a beauty supply store? I think you may be able to purchase the stove at a cheaper price.
