In short, BK says wrong thoughts or improper assumptions can lead to pain and suffering. Basically if you're not feeling good about something or someone, the cause is an internal thought about that situation. She has two worksheets that take you through a quick process to challenge those thoughts. I just worked through my first "judge your neighbor" worksheet and "one belief at a time" worksheet. Yeah, this is a powerful process.

I've read two of her books and have watched several of her videos. Her daughter came to town 2 years ago and I did a workshop with her. I have a friend who has been to several of her multi week workshops and is a facilitator.

I've only done a little bit of it but the little I did helped.
