Today my grandmother told me that my "hair looks nice." 
Thats what my initial reaction was. If you know my g-ma you'd know what I mean. She doesnt like natural hair and is always riding me about my naps. Always wondering why I "cut off all that pretty hair and would want to walk around looking like that." Ya'll nappies know what I mean. I felt all warm and tingly inside when she gave me that compliment. 
Thats a major hurdle that my grandmother jumped over today!
