I agree with the info given, and not just for hair growth, for overall health. I want to be around as long as possible to enjoy my hair! Oh, and my life, kids, love, blah blah blah hehehe
Yeah, I finally committed to getting my diet in check and i plan to go to the gym beginning monday morning (at the encouragement of my SO - a few people have said i was getting "thicker" i definitely need to maintain the thickness before it goes overboard lol).
But I started dribnking 2-4 bottles of water everyday (after giving up my sweet tea) and i have not ate fast food in a week erplexed so hopefully in the next 4 months i'll see some more progress.
