The simpler the better...

I'm finally realizing the simpler the better. More products, more stress on your hair. Personal challenge - Wash it when I feel like it & a little goes a long way.

Anyone else here have some personal challenges?

This is me all the way. I have been using only gel as a styling aid, cowashing once a week, styling my hair after the cowash, and leaving my hair alone until the next wash (one week later).

I'm gradually becoming more and more like this. I washed my hair when I felt, CW if I felt like it and only used a small amount of only 3 products. And thus far so good.

thank you! This is exactly how I feel. I just got over buying unnecessary 23456783562 different products! I realized all I really need is good cheapy conditioner, deep conditioner, and a bottle of shampoo. Of course I will use products such as gel to achieve a certain style, but other than that i think keeping it simple as helped both me wallet and my hair lol

Yup, I have learned my lesson. Wash/set and then protect, seal and moisturize, and then protect again until the next wash/set.

same here. Simplicity is the most effective for me. A handful of products is all I need. I tend to make things complicated anyway so it's best for me this way.
