The One Product That Fixed My Puffy Ends And Frizzy Hair

I've suffered from puffy ends for YEARS. It was one of the reasons I struggled staying natural and kept relaxing.
I could never do twist outs or braid outs or bantu knot outs. In later Years I found cantu leave in which after globs of it helped my ends close but I could never do a wash and go because my hair was very frizzy. Which was frustrating because my curls popped up until I rinsed my deep conditioner out and then frizz city.

So last night I decided to get an aquis microfiber towel since it was 20% off at bed, bath, and beyond and the price always stopped me from buying it. I Washed my hair last night (I was skeptical because the texture of the towel is rough and something I've never felt before) and for the first time EVER my ends weren't puffy and my curls weren't frizzy. I was in disbelief that simply drying with this towel instead of t-shirts made that much of a difference. It was like a new head of hair! Now my hair journey is going to be a breeze!

PS: the long hair towel fits my short natural hair perfectly. If your hair is shoulder length or longer pulled down I'd spring for an actual large microfiber towel

Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Another thing to buy for hair. This looks like a GREAT product!!! And, it is LHCF approved. I've got to budget for one of these. Thank you for the recommendation!!!!!

Hmm.

Interesting.

Maybe I'll use it on my ends: I don't want to suck my hair dry. I want to seal in water into my hair.
@YvetteWithJoy
Towels in general won't 'suck' water from your hair... this towel, and other microfibre towels just absorb faster.
You don't want to use this on your ends if you have an issue with dryness, you would use this on your scalp right after your shower to absorb extra water... ( to your liking) then seal and moisturize...

For me, my hair takes a day to air dry, my scalp is always still damp a day later. So this is a magical fairy gift for me and other thick haired ladies

your welcome! Thanks for the link. I'm sure by summer time of this year I'll have to upgrade to a bigger towel

my hair didn't feel sucked dry. There was still enough dampness to add in my products. I will say next time I will add my products in first and then put the towel on to not disturb my curls. Doing it that way should help with your dryness concern as well

Sometimes my Aquis towels leave white lint balls in my hair and I hate it. I like to use them to soak up water before deep conditioning to make sure the conditioner isn’t diluted too much — especially when I am going to use Kerastase masques.

Make sure not to use fabric softener when washing these. It says it on the packaging but some people wouldn’t think to read the packaging for a hair towel I feel.

I must confess, i've been natural for over a decade and the thought to use a towel on my napps never even occurred to me! Please go on with the benefits...I might have been missing out on something!

Aquis is now trying to reach us:

I remember when those towels were first advertised for dog grooming, lol. I still wanted one anyway.

I've owned my Aquis waffle knit towels for almost ten years. I have a bath towel and a hair towel. Still going strong. I got them before I moved in with my husband. He used to make fun of the name
