so in preparation for the braids to come, i did a deep conditioner on my hair last night....i slathered it on, threw on a shower cap, tied it with a scarf and went to bed....

all night my head was itching....i hadnt washed it in a while and i had goo all over it, so that was to be expected....i wake up this morning and the itching continues...im like, okay i better wash this mutha out!

im IN the shower....HOT water....shampoo...conditioner...ACV rinse.....STILL ITCHING!!!! the whole time! i mean, im shampooing, and im scratching and conditioning and scratching and so on and so forth!!!

has this happened to anyone else?? will it EVER STOP!?!?!?

mix conditioner with some brown sugar...maybe ur scalp isnt really clean

This happens to me. I like putting WHGO to my scalp- I think the jojoba in it is very soothing.

My itchies still haven't stopped so I can't help....

yeah....i got my parnevu t-tree scalp oil standing by.....i just found it so odd that as im washing and whatnot, my scalp is STILL itching!

SeaBreeze followed by Tea Tree Oil.
do you think witch hazel will have the same effect as seabreeze??

The same thing was happening to me...
I had to use the Sulfer 8 to help calm it down... That worked miricles....
I get the occasional itching (normal) but not the crazy mess when I wanted to peel my scalp off & buy a new one... :lachen: :lachen:
Also I deep condition with Tea Tree oil in my cholesterol or conditioners!!

Hmmm....I'm not sure. I don't think it would hurt to try it though.
