The BEST Moisturizer ever ...

I have been trying out new moisturizers. So far the best one I have found is the UBH moisturizer. I am still going to try a few others though.

I'd have to say water too. I am also finding soybean oil/olive oil to be good together for moisture also.

Water

Baggie keeps moisture :D use it and when u take it down and hair dries, u'll be amazed by how silky and moist your hair feels.

Ditto on the h20. Wet it, seal it, and call it a day :)

BUUUUTTT, if you're looking for a little extra help, I'd have to say for a lighter moisturizer, Frizz Ease Secret Weapon never let me down, and for something (much) heavier, Profectiv Mega Moisturizer (the pink one in the bottle) is fabulous once you discover the secrets: 1. Never, ever on wet hair of any kind. 2. Just a dab'll do ya.
These two were very important when I was relaxed and transitioning, but I haven't used them since going natural so I can't say how they will work on natural 4a hair.

Water is a funny thing to say... of course it's moisturizing, but at least for me, it won't make my hair stay moisturized. I need to add product and water for that.

However I never use a moisturizer without at least dampening my hair first. You truly need both.

I change my vote to water and worlds of curls activator gel!

i have an 8 oz sprpay bottle- so i use 20% glycerine and 80% water. That's it and it works great for me. You can adjust the amount so that it keeps your hair soft and moisturized all day long.

Is your hair relaxed?

NTM Silk Touch Leave-In on dry hair
Shea Butter Mix (shea butter, coconut oil and castor oil) on wet or dry hair

relaxed- Elasta QP Oil Recovery & WGO

transitioning- kids organic shea butter lotion; kemi shea conditioning spray!

So far I am down for Dudley's PCA - It works well for me. Plus I love the smell. (Like suntan lotion)

I was planning on trying this next. Do you use the Dudley's on wet or dry hair?

Mango butter
Coconut Oil
NTM Daily Leave In Creme (especially after a CW and airdrying + it smells great)
Sta Sof Fro
