I liked GNC Ultra Nourishair when I was taking it earlier this year. But I have found a cheaper hair, skin and nails vitamin that works just as well, and I stumbled upon MSM. I take 1 mg of folic acid, 500mg of garlic, 1000mg MSM and the hair, skin, and nails vitamin daily. I see better results with these supplements than with the GNC vit.

Anyone ever had breakouts from taking MSM supplements? I've heard that can be a side effect and I'm already battling acne. It has calmed down though since I started drinking more water.
