Hi ladies!!!

I'm very fustrated. I've been stuck at BSL. I've been talking my liquid vit since April of this year. Protective styling, and deep cond, but I'm still stuck.

Any suggestion please???

Are you switching up your styles so that you don't stress one area too much?

You can try massaging your scalp to see if that stimulates more growth too.

Hey Beautiful!

When this happens to me, I start massaging! Right now we're in a funk because it's almost winter time and that's when hair grows the slowest. But don't worry. Start making some protein smoothies, keep on exercising, and keep massaging. You will grow!

What kind of protective styles are you doing? Do you experience breakage and dryness on your ends? Is your hair dry? Maybe you need up your deep conditioning

Try drinking a protein shake for breakfast in the morning. You might wanna try a growth aid too.

Thank you ladies for your responses. I will do the scalp massages everynight.

As for my protective styles I were buns, some on the left side, and right side. Also braid outs, and my phoney ponys.

My hair is not dry, neither is it breaking.It is in good condition. Right know when I strech my hair it is right below my bra. I would love to have it 4 inches below my bra!!!!!

Just recently I am into things to put on scalp...I've come across a couple of things talking about things to lengthen the growth phase. Maybe your in the resting phase so you need something to jump start it. I know there was something in the coffee thread. When I remember what else, I'll write back.
