I finally joined. I have been enjoying and benifiting from the knowledge of you ladies since January. I had severly damaged hair for the first time in my life for the past year and a half and this forum has reversed this. A bad dye job + hard water+ a beautician relaxing the entire lenghth of my dry color damaged hair= cutting shoulder lenght hair to mid neck. Daily CW and low heat restored the moisture balance to my hair and now it reaches just below my neck. I'm so happy! My new beautician said my hair was "health and thick". Thanks.
