Loca, yep it's water based You can get it from a bss, but it could be bootleg. So spray some on your hand first. The spray should come out nice and thick.

Oh muh dayum!!!! I went and bought one of the liter bottles for about 8-9 bucks and WOW it's GREAT! This stuff softened my grass right on up. It is AWESOME! Definitely a staple for me.

Tiffers thank you so much! You helped to save my dried out grass this winter.

I finally got around to trying the 14 in 1 this week and I must say that this stuff is great. I have 4 a/b relaxed hair and it moisturized my hair like no other, seriously. I stopped using S-Curl awhile back because I hated that sticky feeling especially if it got on my face, ears etc, plus it wasn't moisturizing my hair good enough. This product doesn't give me the sticky feeling.
