for praising the Hawaiian Silky 14 in 1. I've been using it for the past couple of days to bun...dunking my ends in the stuff. It's great!

Imma get me some of this stuff once I run out of this S-Curl or CFCG whatever it is that I have in my hair tub.

Couldn't agree more! Just started daily bunning Wed. but I didn't have a staple moisturizer. I read Tiffers posts on HS 14n1 and decided to give it a shot. My hair in 24yrs of life has ever felt this good!!

I just came off of her picturetrail and I got alot of good notes not to mention motivation to continue bunning.

Tiffers U ROCK!!!!:rocker:

Yes, I need motivation because I don't particularly like bunning...:look:

Now, I have been spraying my roots (I'm 9 weeks post) with the stuff and they are nice and soft. But the BEST thing is that my hair does not feel greasy at all. I seal with Ojon oil too. I'm about to get intense with the bunning/moisturizing/sealing stuff.

When I have NG I'm going to try this and see how it compares with my aloe vera/glycerin mix for softening the NG.

Same here..but after reading the story of the woman who bunnned for a year in the bun challenge thread I figured I have nothing to loose and hair to gain...:yep: I'm sure it'll been worth it in the end.

Yes Ma'am I brought me some the other day I must say this is keeper.. I dont like bunning either but im learning to care for my hair and protective styles are a must.. So ive been bunning for a week now. I am going to get my healthy, thick MBL hair im longing for..

Thanks Tiffers!!!!!

Tiffers has recommended a couple things in the past that I've tried ... and she hasn't failed me yet. I think I'm going to have to break down and get this.

Bunned for a year? I couldn't even imagine...

After three days I'm like:sad:.

A year huh? How much growth did she obtain during that time? Just curious:look:

I got some too last week. OMG My hair loves it. So moist and my ends felt so good. Its a keeper. I may run and stock up before you *****s snatch them all up. lol.

ITA! I use it on bun days as well, however it works the best for my 4 yr old son's curly hair. He looks so cute and smells yummy all day. Thanks Tiffers!!

I just bought this yesterday because I saw a thread where Tiffers recommended it. I will start using it tomorrow, so I will comment after I use it. Sally's had 2 left when I got mine.

I'm so glad you all like it! This is just the best I've ever tried. I have absolutely no urge to try any other moisturizers. I have found ''my Precious'' :love3:

FabulousiBRE, you've been saying you were gonna get some for like 2 years now, and ain't got it yet! :lachen:

Tara, you know our hair has the same daddy, go get you some and tell us how you like it! :poke:

Yup, Tiffers! That stuff is the BOMB. Girl, thank you so much. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and it is the best moisturizer I have EVER used. Once again, thanks alot for sharing that with us. Girl, you save my hair.

I to agree that thanks to Tiffers tip, I am very pleased with the Hawaiian Silky product. I was a lost puppy in search of a satisfying moisturizer for me and my daughter's hair. Our hair feels soft and silky without feeling limp and dead. Go head Tiff!!!

Tiffers OT: I was checkin your Fotki and your opinion on the Sally's Generic brands...do you still like them? What's been your results with them? And also the Silk Elements line, i was thinkin of trying that conditoner as well?

GVP is the love of my life :love4:

Now I lurve me some Silk Elements, but after I finish what I have, I won't repurchase. From now on, I'm sticking to Hawaiian Silky, Kenra MC and GVP products.

GVP has curbed my pj'ism :love2:

lol...i hear you. I'm trying to build up a regimen that suits me but doesn't kill my pockets. The Hawaiian Silky is rollin' with me. As for conditioners I'm feelin' the Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle. Haven't tried Kenra yet. But I'll keep it in mind if AO ever stops doing the trick.

Gotta say thanks too. I bought some last Sunday and have used it all week for my edges, nape and bun and I LOVE it!

Civic4800, your protective styles are on point!!! You need to do a tutorial on how to do the one on the right in your siggy. It's so pretty! How do you do it? Do you have a fotki?

Let me ask again just to make sure you heard me: can you pweeeeese make a picture tutorial??? :D

Is this water based? And can you only find it at Sally's?

I need a new moisturizer. I dont think the one Im using now is doing much for me. My hair isnt staying moist.

I bought this on Saturday and used it for my braid outs-LOVELY!!!

My hair is so soft and moisturized. Thanks for the recommendation, Tiffers! This is a definite keeper especially during these dry winter months.
