Lord knows I've had my ups and downs trying to figure out what my hair needs, what the perfect regimen is, what my hair type is, etc etc etc but today was the first time I truly had a break through. I have been transitioning since Nov 07 and it has truly been difficult - thin hair by type, breakage, tangling, you name it. Its a shame the one product I gave up on in the beginning has now turned out to be my savior - CON moisturizing detangling shampoo - the green label. I finally have hair long enough to put in about ten braids, I did that and washed with a capful of CON in a bucket of water 2x, I slathered on my cholesterol, castor oil, vitamin E, peppermint DC, 1 hr under hooded drier (still not my pibbs 
), took each braid out separately and detangled - THANK THE LORD NOT ONE TANGLE OR KNOT - who knew? Went through every braid rinsed, towel blotted applied leave in and sealed with vatika. Lo I have found what works for my hair - may the miracles never cease! I owe it all to you ladies and the countless posts from relaxed, transitioning and natural ladies. No one thought I could do this except you ladies - thank you!
