texturizers and relaxers

how long should you wait after you texturize your hair to put relaxer in it?

the reason i am asking is because the i dont like the texturized look and would like my hair relaxed to get it bone straight.

I would wait three months or so.

Or 6 weeks and just do a corrective, if you are pressed for time.

at least 8 weeks. Be sure to strand test (for time) before you do your whole head. Oh, and touchup the newgrowth first, then the texturized hair.
