texturizer

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to know if anyone has used a texturizer on med. to long hair and how did it work? Also, is it a brand that I should use? My hair is about shoulder length and it stays dry no matter what I try. At this point I want it to grow, but haven't really found the right product or salon.

Hello!

You should PM Anikalia and CurlyCrly. They do their own texturizers and their hair looks beautiful. They have albums up on this forum.

Is you hair natural now? If so then you can use any mild relaxer to loosed up your texture. If you have a particular look that you want then you should probably do a strand test first to make sure that you don't relax too much of your curl. I didn't but several members did and got the results that they wanted.
