Can somebody please recommend a good temporary highlighter I can use to add some color to the front of my hair (bang) I was kinda even thinking about some fun colors like blue, purple, etc.
I do not want anything I have to spray on. I would like to use something I can brush on a few strands.
Very peek-A-booish if you know what I mean. Not full blown.
