It's basically a deep conditioning treatment, although it calls itself a reconstructor. If you go to the Aussie website they'll tell you more about it. This stuff was awful for my hair. It smells really great, but after I rinsed it out I got very little slip and my hair felt drier than after I shampooed with Therapee! I ended up giving it to my sister who's natural and she loves it. It's pretty cheap so I say you should give it a try if you're interested. It might work with your hair and it smells yummy. Also note that there's 2 kinds of the 3 minute miracle, one for normal to dry hair and one called "DEEEEEP" for dry to damaged hair. The one I used was the DEEEEEP formula that came free with the MOIST conditioner. HTH.
i bought the original one. i use it as a cw. it did a good job. i can't complain or recommend it since i only used it once. um the deep smells better than the original. you should do a search to see what other people have said about it
