It is a leave-in conditioner with silk proteins. I have never used it, but it is supposedly very good. I was thinking about getting it myself. Here is a link to it:

I've got some but I don't know how to use it. Maybe because I need a touch up. But it's too thick. How much water do you use to dilute. And how do you use it? plastic cap? Hood dryer?

Can you buy it in stores? I really hate ordering things online and having to wait a week to receive them. If anyone knows what beauty supply stores carry this, please share.

Sally is the only nationwide CHAIN BSS store that I know of and they do not carry it. Other than online, you'd have to get it from a local BSS or hair salon. Perhaps if you let people know what area you live in, someone may let you know whether or not it is available in your area.

Sally is the only nationwide CHAIN BSS store that I know of and they do not carry it. Other than online, you'd have to get it from a local BSS or hair salon. Perhaps if you let people know what area you live in, someone may let you know whether or not it is available in your area.

Most people use it as a leave-in. I think it is too thick so I usually apply about a dime-sized amount in my hand, and then spray distilled water in my hand until it is the consistency I like.
I have been too lazy to dilute it in a bottle.

I live in Moreno Valley, California. The area I live in is about an hour and a half from Los Angeles so any stores in that area would be too far. If anyone can let me know of a nearby BSS that carries Salerm, please share!
