Hey, I saw some tea tree oil by hollywood beauty in the bss today. I was thinking of using it as a pre-shampoo on my scalp for my dry scalp flakes. Has anyone does this before?
Not sure about the Holllywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil--but I like their carrot oil. I know that regular Tea Tree Oil is great for the scalp. Give it a try to satisfy your curiousity. I'm sure that it's reasonably priced.
I've used it for itchy scalp. I mixed some with a carrier oil (coconut oil) and applied it to my scalp. You shouldn't put it on your scalp bare because it will be too strong. I never heard of using it as a pre-shampoo kinda treatment, though.
