ladies,

I have lost SO much hair this week. I washed as usual this week and my hair was SO tangled and clumped together by the time I combed through I lost a big ball of hair.
I am 10 weeks post relaxer but I have NEVER had hair as bad as this before.

I know my hair is being under processed by Affirm, but I am solving this problem this weekend by doing a corrective with Silk Elements Lye.

Whats the problem:confused:

Kizzy,

Can you give us more information about your regimen and what products you are using? That might help diagnose a little bit. :)

I hope you didn't make the same mistake I did and wash your hair in the sink. I lost so much hair when I made that mistake during a relaxer stretch!!!! I have never had knots or tangles in my hair but it happened that day. I will never make that mistake again.

Also, what was your regimen when this happened?

I believe its the underprocessed textures causing the shedding and tangles, i went through this issue for the last 5 weeks. Your hair woes will be over soon SE Relaxer is on its way to you. Kizzy please check your PM,

I washed my hair in the bath, so my hair was over my head. But I haven’t really had a problem with that. Not like this.

My normal regime is

No Shampoo, then either Nexxus Conditioner, NTM, for 30 mins under dryer. Mixed with several oils

I used Nexxus Emergency

Then a leave in of either Nexus, Salerm 21, Frizz ease

Rollerset under a hooded dryer

On this occasion I used Emergency, porosity control. Getting my hair ready for a realxer

I agree.

You'll need to find a product that enable your different textures to stay away from each other. Cholesterol is good. I'm not sure how your hair does with cones, but this had worked for my hair. My end are underprocessed and they never get tangled when I use products with cones in them.

HTH:)
