Taking weave out???

What do you ladies suggest for the treatment of my hair after I remove my sew-in. I know I want to tex w/ SE (I only want to leave in for about 10 min total) to loosen my coils a little. I have not had a relaxer in over a year. I also want to try Henna. Can I do both the same day?? Do I need to wait awhile after I take the weave out??

You should probably wait at least a week after you've taken out your weave to put a chemical in it.

I agree. Just wash and DC your hair and give it a rest. And then do the chemical a week later.
