..I am just curious about this, as I may try it. Have any of you ladies used hf37 and viviscal together for a period of time. If so what where the results like.

Or have any of you ladies try them on there own, or in combination with other vitamins e.g viviscal and nioxin?

I have taken hf37 by itself, never viviscal. I thought that the hf37 really well on it's own. As a matter of fact, there were so many pills at diff. times of the day that I never ordered them again. I don't see the need to take two different types of special hair vitamins at once; and you might should be careful doing so in case both those formulas include the same substances. I'm pretty sure they both have lots of folic acid, and there is something in the hf37 that made me feel very flush. Niacin? I don't know.

I'm interested in seeing the other responses:)
 
I am taking Viviscal and Nioxin. So far so good. I have been taking Viviscal for about 6 months and just started Nioxin about 2 months ago. My new growth is comming in soft and with less texture maybe a 3c. It is hard for me to tell how much new groth I have but I hope its a lot!
 
Personally, HF37 was absolutely excellent I got an 3/4 inch per month. my hair and nails became longer, thicker and stronger by using this stuff. The downside is it got too expensive, however i fixed that issue by researching supplements similar to HF37 and i discovered HB amino 1500 and the liquid aminos. i received better results i got an inch per month. i didn't retain all the length, as i hadn't discovered LHCF until six months later, that's how i lerant to take care of my hair so i eventually reatined the length until i reach near weaistlength.

Holand and barratt liquid aminos, the dose is two tablespoon in water/juice amounts to just over 14,000mg a day. it tastes horrible, i suggest mixing it in juice and water. The tablet form, is also in the same brand, i used this type more frequently.

I took Viviscal by itself and my hair TOOK OFF growing and was extremely shiny. I now take Viviscal Woman (which I don't like as much and I'm switching back to regular when I'm done) and HF37 (Step Two mostly).. hair is growing like a weed in these braids.
 
Keluric, approx. How many inches per month did you get?

…and How long did it take to see results?
 
I was taking the original before they ever made Viviscal Woman and that was a while back.. if I had to guess, I'd say I was getting a consistent inch per month and I was on it for about a year.. I was growing my hair out for prom and I went from a chin-length bob to around mid-back.. this was good for me because my hair wasn't retaining length due to excessive heat-styling prior to viviscal.

I noticed shinier hair the first month.
 
whats viviscal and h37??? are they vitamins?? and where would I be able to get them....health food store perhaps??...I do need to start taking vitamins tho...lol thanx ladies
 
I've been taking HF37 tablets for the last four months, thinking about switching to viviscal. My hair seems real healthly w/HF37 and I'm gaining about 3/4 inch per month but it's 8 pills a day and I'm not a pill taker, so this is extremely hard.

In researching viviscal, it's only 2 tablets a day for six months, then reduces to one. I couldn't imagine taking both simultaneously. I'll be sure to give feedback once I see some real results. I don't think you can go wrong with either vitamin.

:ohwell: maybe ill try it.. jeeze but 400 dollars? for both and they only last for 2/half months for the H37 two step??!
 
I took these together and found planning my life around taking those pills got to be too much. :lol: If I recall, there were the pills you had to take at least an hour before breakfast, then those to take with food, but not until a certain amount of time had elapsed, or some such strict policies. It got to be a huge hassle, I started missing doses, etc.

The HF37 vits. are just a complex of amino acids, and there are certainly others on the market that may be easier to take (like the liquid form). I used the Vivscal for months in the past, but did not stick with it, but do not have anything negative to say about them. However, if you have shellfish allergies, beware! The product contains marine bits and pieces.

I'm neither pro nor con combining these products if you don't mind taking many pills according to a strict regimen and paying for the products (they are quite expensive). My experience did not "wow" me, but they didn't hurt either, and I didn’t use them for an extended period of time.

Also, many people do not get immediate results. I believe it is stated in the products’ literature it can take up to six months before you will see maximum results (a cumulative effect). However, some people have reported seeing results sooner (hair health, growth rate, texture change). So, if you are going to try it, plan to stick it out for at least 6 to 8 months before deciding if it is beneficial enough to keep. HTH!:)
 
sorry cant say ive taken both together but i have taken HF37 but didnt notice any difference...and i hated taking all those pills...i thought about starting them again but i just hate the thought of taking all those pills..

i just ordered viviscal since its not that many that i have to take...so i'll take them for awhile and see how they do...but i still have some HF37 vitamins leftover...
 
Any more reviews on these products? Hair formula37?I's been a while-any updates? This thread is old so there has to be some updates?
