I wondering if I start a vitamin regime how often should I take them? I am not a very good vitamin taker, I know some may say take 1-3 daily or 1-4 daily, but what if I for get to take one during the day would it throw me off and would it mess up my chances to reach my goal faster in other words what can I do to remember to take the vitamins on time when I start them. open for any advice thank you ladies in advance
