Taking Pictures in the Mirror

You could try using the self timer if your camera has one.

that's what i do. i put my camera on a table in my room, set the timer, sit on the floor, and wait. it's near a window so i use natural light instead of the camera flash. my pictures come out much better that way...

The title of this thread made me laugh. I do an ok job, but sometimes when I want to get a good one, I ask my dh.

I use a handheld mirror to see the screen on our digital camera, which shows me and my hair reflected in a larger mirror. No flash. This is the only way I can take decent pics.

This is exactly what I do, make sure to turn off the flash!!!
