Who knows a website that I can purchase this relaxer without a cosmetologist license? Please, help because I want to become a DIYer. I'm even willing to purchase from overseas if necessary. Here is the relaxer information. A stylist recently used this on me and I absolutely loved the way my hair turned out. However, I don't want to continue to go to her just to get the relaxer.
