Synthetic hair (can you wet it?)

I have a sew-in with the curly weave. It looks fine but it's hard taking care of my own hair. I haven't washed it in TWO WEEKS and I have SOOO MUCH dirt/build up. I wanted to put diluted shampoo/conditioner on all the places I could reach and take the hair hoe (lol is that the right name? The thing you use to rinse your hair with the long neck) to rinse it out without manipulating the curls. I know to get human hair next time. The lady was rushing the hell out of me so I grabbed the first thing I saw

If I don't do something soon this will be a waste of money because I WILL take it down. Please help me out!

Oh, wait. The curls look really dry. I know it's synthetic but is there anything I can use to liven these suckas up a little bit?

If you don't want to risk getting your synthetic hair wet, you could try using a waterless shampoo or an astrigent to clean your scalp. I definitely recommend getting human hair next time b/c it's nearly impossible to wash unless the hair is braided in.
