. Truthfully I'm not that familiar with weaves but I was looking for ridges. The way she took the band off of her ponytail was a little suspect. Too rough for you own locks. Anyhoo, I'm getting there.

Re: Syleena Johnson\'s Hair............

Does anybody have a picture of her hair?? I can't think of who she is right now!

Re: Syleena Johnson\'s Hair............

it is beautiful but she said in a hair mag that she wears extensions specifically invisible braids. I was like HUH? because it looks so good but apparently its a good weave. she also said she dyes it blue black with permanent color.
it is very pretty at any rate.

Re: Syleena Johnson\'s Hair............

I have an issue of sbh magazine and she says that her hair is almost brastrap length and she uses a black rinse to keep it shiney. She also stated that she does wear pieces most of the time for fullness and she uses Optimum Relaxer. The only thing that turned me off was when she said that her stylist in Chicago trims her ends every three weeks. I think she could have been beyond brastrap if she didnt allow her to trim her hair that often.

Re: Syleena Johnson\'s Hair............

She also stated in that article that she recommends glue-in weaves over sew-ins; that the glue doesn't damage the hair as much as the sewing method does. Last time I checked it was the other way around, or am I wrong?

Re: Syleena Johnson\'s Hair............

See thats the problem! We keep comparing our hair to hair that ain't even real!
No offense to any gluers but I'm not putting any in my hair.

I can still keep the goal all I need is more length.
