I just relaxed with ORS Extra Strength Relaxer and I love it!!! I will continue using it because it left my hair feeling like silk with minimum burning (im sure the burning varies). I have been suffering from Post Partum crazy shedding so I just wanted to share with u all my progress :) My birthday is Oct 23rd and I had a birthday goal of APL... Did I make it??

Your hair looks great!! I would definitely consider your hair armpit length!! You are doing a great job. :)

Yes, you are APL...congratulations...how does it feel gurrrlllll?:) Bra-strap here you come:) now I'm going back to finish viewing your fotki......

Wow!!! Healthy shiny APL hair!!! Great job!!!

What do you think contributed to your hair growth the most?

thank u ladies :D I would have to say washing once a week and later on toward the last few weeks the mn added to it... But mostly the protective styles and weekly washings.

Yesss! Thank u so much :D I couldnt have done it without you ladies here at LHCF because this is the longest that I have ever seen my hair grow seriously.

You go girrrrrrl! Definately APL! You did the damn thang!

Congrats! Oh and your bun is too cute. Fill me in on that. I'm still tryin to master mine.

Your hair looks great,

Just wanted to thank you for putting pictures of the ponytail rollerset in your Fotki, I have been struggling.....really really struggling...really struggling to rollerset my hair since I joined this board. Every single attempt has been unsuccessful. I will see how this turns out but it was sooooooooooooooo much easier than a regular rollerset, I think it took 10 minutes at the most (Usually it takes me about 40 minutes to put the rollers into my hair...SMH) and I believe it will get my 11 week post 4-B new growth pretty smooth. I can't wait to see what it looks like tomorrow:D

Thank u so much ladies and yea that rollerset is definitely easier especially when I wanted to take the str8 route (does that sound right? lol).

As far as the bun... I am unsure which bun u ladies are talking about. But if it is the bun in my October progress folder, my hair was wet at the time and I was airdrying it that way. I just twisted my hair into a bantu knot and secured it with a bobby pin. If its the bun in my protective styles folder (Bun without a donut), it was an old braidout that I wanted to look pretty again so I sprayed S-curl on it, smoothed it with some IC sparkleites gel and combed it with a wide tooth comb to the top of my head, made a ponytail and then I took small sections of my hair and rolled it around my finger as if it were a pincurl set, and just tucked it under and secured it with a pin. And just repeat those steps until u have a full bun and be sure to not leave any gaps.

I hope I answered the questions u guys were asking ? The other bun was done with a donut the easiest bun of all buns. Hope This All Helps :) !
