Surge now has two more great products and have no Petroleum or Wax in them. These two products will make anyone a believer that you don't need Petroleum or Wax in a product to moisturize it. The retail price is $5.99 and they are now selling in many Beauty Supply Stores.

If you have any questions, please post your questions in this thread, and I am sure that the
SurgeRep will answer them.

Thanks beverly for the head up on these new products girl! I'm going to have to try them out soon.Have you tried them yet?

Thanks for the update. I will check out the Shea in my area.

Hey - to answer the question - no I havent tried them yet, but I'm going too :)

I wish I could try their products. My local stores in CA do not carry them at all :nono:
Not even Sally's:nono: and I just don't trust mail order.

I'm so excited i just found surge products in my bss in los angeles... sure beats paying that s&h and my hair feels o so good, have to try these two out

has anyone gotten a chance to try these out yet? I am going to get me some when I get some money! Surge makes good stuff.

I went to the hair store yesterday (mega chinese one), and I didn't see these in the store, so would we need to order from the site? Also, if possible, could you list the ingredients in both of these products?

Oh, yeah, and any chance a sista could get a free sample?

I'll check the BSS tonight. They're usually stocked pretty well. Has anyone tried these products yet? I tried the other (blue) hair grease and I'm not sure why I stopped using it. I think I gave it to my sister. :)

:yep: I went to CVS the other day and saw it in there, I don't think I saw the new items though.

Hello everyone, I am the SurgeRep
First of all, I would like to thank you all again for your interest in Surge and the 2 new products that were just introduced. I have to tell you that these 2 new products are fantastic, when you open the jar and look at the product, you will think it has Petroleum in it. Both do not have Petroleum or Wax in them.

I believe once you have tried these products you will fall in love with them, it’s that good.

We are just getting product out to the distributors so they can get it out to the Beauty Supply stores.
However, to speed up the distribution, if your local beauty supply stores don’t have it in stock, please give them the name Surge and the name Tu-Shea and Olive / Soy Bean Oil , and ask them to order it for you.
If you can print out the picture from the web site and show them, this will also help you get the store owner to order it right away for you.

To save you time, the following stores do not have this product in, CVS, Walgreen’s & Sally’s, so please go to the local Beauty supply stores to purchase for now.

Thank you,

Thanks SURGEREP for the info.

I remember purchasing the Surge Plus 14 from Walgreens. I will def look for these products. :yep:

I just saw the whole Surge line in Natl Wholesale Liquidators. I am going to try the 2 newbies, and really soon!

Surgerep,

Is the concentration of mucopolysaccharides in the two new products (shea butter and olive soya bean oil) comparable to the concentration in the spray?
More than in the spray?
Less than in the spray?

USED SURGE PLUS 14 I DID SEE HAIR GROWTH, BUT THIS STUFF MADE MY SCALP SO SENSITIVE THAT I COULD NOT STAND A RELAXER I WOULD GO 8 WEEKS WITHOUT AND WHEN I DID GET 1 MY STYLIST WOULD HAVE TO WASH ITOUT BEFORE APPLICATION WAS COMPLETE.

I finally saw the new items at my BSS. I opened them and they are both a white color and solid. The Shea one smelled pretty good, but the other one is ok. I have to curb my PJism, so I didn't get them, but I might try the shea or maybe the ultra max soon.

Where are these products sold? Sally's? Has anyone tried them? What do you think?

They sent me both. I would actually rate the Tu Shea a B+. You really had to work to get it out of the jar. It was very hard, but the moment you scooped out some and rubbed it in your hands to warm it, it melted and was usable.

I ended up whipping it with aloe vera gel to make it softer.

I did the same thing with the Olive Soy Bean oil. But that turned out creamier. I rate that a C...only because I do not want my hair to smell like mint. Other than that...it was good stuff. I have finshed both jars...I think I got them 3 or 4 weeks ago.
