Surge\'in Canada

Anyone know how to get this product - specifically the Surge14 in Ontario or Canada as a whole?

Anyone have some for sale?

Sent an email to the surge line - no response. Also cant call the 1888 number from here - looks like a US number only.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have heard so much about it, I want to try it now.
