Surge sending everyone elses\' stuff?

Has anyone submitted their (3) receipts to Surge and is in receipt of their free product? I emailed waaayyyy back in the day, they said they would send it out and I still have yet to receive it. I emailed, asking what happened and got no response.

I got mine in April too, it only took them 2 weeks to send it.

I noticed that you are overseas...If they have sent it, it would take significantly longer for you to receive. They may not have sent it because you are overseas. Keep emailing them until they reply.

Well, they replied initially, thanked me and said it would be on its way. I wonder if they've just stopped honoring that deal (even though I was well within the scope of it and its timeframe) and just don't want to admit it. That makes me not want to buy surge anymore...
