how to use surge

I was reading several post about it and some ppl sadi that they wash their hair every while using surge and others have said they wash their hair only 3-4 times a week so which way is the right way to use this product because I don't want to try it and I do the wrong thing, then again it has directions duh lol, it late and up posting this need to be sleep lol I guess things are different for other ppl

The directions aren't clear to me. They read: Spray directly into scalp, part hair or braid then spray scalp. For best results shampoo hair and use twice a day. As a detangler and to stop spilt ends, spray directly on hair.

It doesn't say you have to wash everyday or you have to use it 2x a day. It says for best results. I emailed the company to get some direct answers. I usually modify directions on products to suit my needs. Most shampoos say rinse, lather, and repeat. But, I usually do not repeat. However, since Surge has caused some problems for some members, I do not want to use it incorrectly. I hope I get a response.

i didnt wash my hair everyday with it i just parted my hair and sprayed it directly on the scalp then i would wrap as usual and go to sleep

You know, it's all about what your scalp can tolerate. If you tend to have sensitive scalp and/or are prone to getting itches, then you probably ought to wash your scalp every day or every other day or at least 3 or 4 times a week. I have a sensitive scalp and I used Surge for a lil over 1 month, washing 3x a week, and I developed itches and had to stop using it. I was not willing to wash my scalp everyday.

Some people can use Surge and only wash their scalp 1x a week or every other week. It all depends on your scalp. If in doubt, go the safe way by washing every day or every other day. Better safe than sorry.

I been trying to wash 3x a week...I think today is wahs day but wont be able to do it cuz I have to study, pack and write essays for schooL!

But I usually spray the scalp, and then right afterwards, I put oil on it. I do this wiht each part and I dont have many probs. It may tingle a little bit later, but nothing unbearable and I dont feel like i have ants in my head

oh, btw, I have only had this for about a week and have been using the surge 2x/day so far. I have noticed growth, not visibly, but I feel it at the roots.

I keep my hair conrowed back, so I spray it on daily. I keep my hair like this for two weeks at a time without washing, no problems. It all depends on what you can tolerate. I just started using it again after about a month of using other stuff, and this week I'm a little itchy.
