Supplements Vitamins and the like...

Ok so I have decided that I need to concentrate on whole body health in order to insure the best hair that I can possibly grow. So I need to get a vitamin, supplement, regimin (sp?) together. I know for sure that I'm start off with protein shakes... but what else can I throw in there... I'm clueless when it comes to what supplements to take.

This is what I put in my protein shakes:

GNC Whey Protein usually chocolate
Light & Fit yogurt vanilla or strawberry
frozen fruit (berries)
wheat germ oil
milk (I"d like to start drinking soy milk b/c I'm lactose intolerant and don't drink as much milk as I should)
and whatever else I think might be good.

So if you have any suggestions on what more I could add for healthy body or healthy hair that would be great... also if you could put where I could get it from too that would be a big help.

BTW some body facts I'm 5'5 1/2 (got to add that half in there) and weigh about 145-150 depending on the day and I'd like to get down to about 135 but as long as nothing jiggles I don't care what I am. LOL I'm on my way over the fitness or whatever board now...
