What is this pattern with Dominican Salons?

Why are they so rude, always speaking in Spanish, always talkin ish in front of you, and always balking at any curl in your hair?

That's what I'm sayin!

I didn't think it would be so bad, because last time I went, I had a fresh relaxer, and there was a girl there who looked to be transitioning, and she had a good 4-5 inches of new growth unstretched, and they were doing just fine. I really think I got stuck with a crappy one. Thank you, though!
