Suggestions For Soft Synthetic Braid Hair??

Hi all! I want to get box braids sometime in the next couple of months. Can anyone suggest any synthetic hair that doesn't feel like straw once it's braided? I would like the braids to be somewhat soft. TIA everyone

Hi, wish I could help, but I'm waiting on an answer too (watching thread). Good question. The only time I've found soft hair is human hair.

Sorry, my braids are stiff at first. But once I start using my braid spray mix, they soften up. It's cool because they stay in long enough to make up for those first few stiff days.

My mix is 95% water + a few squirts of coneless moisturizing condish + a few squirts of Infusium 23. I also add a few drops of essential oil for scent. Works great on cheap synthetic hair!

RastAfri hair is the softest braiding hair I've used. Xpressions is good as well, but I prefer RastAfri. It's hard to find in stores, but you can order it online from here:

Xpressions tends to be easier to find on the ground if you don't want to order anything online
