Hmm, just thought it would be a great idea if somehow we could be notified by PM when someone quotes and responds to our reply in a post.
So for instance if I write a comment like this one and then someon quotes it and replies I automatically get a pm or email (my preference) telling me that someone has replied to your comment. That way I'll know to check back in on the thread. Moderators: Can we make this happen?
Or someone clue me in if it's already possible to be notified when some responds to your post (even if it's not a thread you started).
I already subscribe to my own threads and I subscribe to new threads that others create. But I don't think everyone does this and sometimes I'll wait a week for a response and the person is like "Oops sorry I didn't know you guys had responded so quickly."
