Subscribe and Bulletin Boxes on the side of Discussion Board Screen

Maybe I am being anal but I dont like the Subscribe and VBulletin boxes on the side of the discussion board. I like my threads to be spread out over the entire screen. But Ill get use to it..hopefully.

By having the information there, it makes it easier for new members that are interested in subscribing to easily find out how to subscribe. This also helps so they don't have to e-mail us (Moderators) or the Administrators with the same question (how do I subscribe).

Yeah I figured it was for newbies to find out how to subscribe. Ill get use to it.

Is there a way to disable that "!!Subscribe!!" box for subscribed/paid members???
