Stupid Question?

Hi Ladies,

Just got the Aveda Damage Remedy Intensive Treatment.

Normally when i get deep treatments done i do after my hair is been washed.

- Was wondering if i could reverse it. Using the Aveda's Intensive Treatment before Shampoo - ing my hair.

I'm kinda new here too but pre-pooing is fine. I'm pretty sure that you can do it with that product as well. It won't hurt to try.

yea what u are describing is a pre-poo. but Aveda is sooo expensive that i would hate for you to shampoo out all of the healthy benefits... i always use something cheap as my pre-poo...
