Has anyone done one? Was it hard to do? How do you roll the hair and what do you use to hold the hair? Did it take a long time? Any Pictures?

Did you try doing a search? That would be my first step.

Also, I used flexirods awhile back and had good results. I use flexirods a little bit larger than the size of straws, but they do sell flexirods at Sally's the same size as straws...I just didn't want mine that small. Anyway, here is the thread I started on my flexirod set, there are some replies in the thread about member albums with tips, suggestions and pictures:

I used flexi rods as well to get that look, but check out Lovelymissyoli's album I believe she has a step by step straw set instuction.

I have only it done it myself three time (twice on myself and once for someone else) because it takes so long to get it set. I use actual drinking straws that I cut in half or to whatever size I need it to be. I wrap the hair around the straw and use bobby pins to keep the straws in place. It looks very pretty when done and lasts three to four days. It takes me two hours to set the straws on my own head and and hour to do it on someone else.

I think flexirods are much easier to do and look really similar. It only takes me twenty or so minutes to set my hair with the rods.
