Bug Strange Symbols

Why are there strange symbols filling the advertisement area on the right side of my screen? These symbols also appear in the area between the site options area to the left of the advertisement area.

I see them too. It's in some Asian language...

What are you using? I do not see anything. I am on Chrome/Macbook Air.

I also see them. I actually prefer them to the regular ads.

I only see it when I'm logged on via my laptop, I can not see it when I'm on my phone or Ipad.

I see them as well.... initially I thought that it was something with my laptop, but I run daily virus scans/updates, so it shouldn't be infected.
