STEAMERS and DETANGLING

Hey Guys,
So... lately my hair has been a MESS when it comes to detanging and acheiving good slip. If I get a steamer, will it help with this, and if so, how much? Please share your experiences with me!

I think it is combination of a good condish and the steam.....This will help to melt tangles....
