Ok so I started taking these and now i have like 5 huge zits on my forehead and I usually have clear skin. I am wondering if this is happening to anyone else and if so have long does it last?

Have you increased your water intake? When I first started using the vits, I wasn't drinking any water really and my face broke out. I now drink 6-8 glasses a day, and my face is clear even though I take twice the amount of vits that I started with. Also, many of the ladies including me also take a B- complex vitamin w/ the Biotin.

I am taking msm with glucosomine and biotin and vit C, folic acid. I really don't drink a lot of water and I know I need to start maybe I'll try increasing. How long does this take to clear up and what do u guys use to help.
thanks

I take the same. You definitely need to increase your water intake. It will clear up in a couple of weeks.:yep:

Those are vitamin overload blemishes. Take my advice please and do not scratch or mess with them. For some reason on me, if I mess with them they scar my face, just a dark pimple spot that takes months to fade. Just drink a ton of water and wait...they will diminish and disappear on their own.

Be careful of starting two vitamins at once, for now I would suggest stopping one (MSM) and break your biotin dosage in half. That should help! Slowly increase your water intake and increase your vitamin intake as you go.

MSM has some side affects, so monitor your body for those. :yep: Best wishes!

I use Burt's Bees Herbal Blemish Stick. I like it b/c it won't clog pores, and it has a nice tingle. You can re-apply at any time during the day.

What other side effects should I be worried about?
