Biotin and MSM

Hello ladies,

I was scanning the boards and came across a few questions regarding Biotin and MSM. I'm considering taking Biotin once I run it by my physician. I'm so paranoid about taking certain suplements.

1)What is Biotin and MSM (What does MSM stand for?)
2)Benefits/ positive side effects
3)Negative side effects

The best way to get all your questions answered and more is to do a google search or even use the search engine on this board. I say this because I only know a little about these, and can't remember the specifics of my searches on them but remember getting TONS of info. when I did a search on Google.
