Anyway, I was just wondering what are your staple hair practices that you believe have contributed to healthy/longer/better hair.
My ones are:
- Moisturising my hair every night with my leave-in conditioner and then sealing with olive oil. I pay particular attention to my ends.
- Wrapping my hair at night so that it's straight the next day with a nice bump to it. This also contributes to me not using direct heat on my hair every time I want straight hair.
- Roller setting my hair after every wash. This makes my hair seem fuller.
- Washing my hair in the shower as opposed to in the bath tub with QP Elasta Creme Moisturising Shampoo. This has reduced tangles.
- Adding 1 or 2 drops of peppermint oil to my deep conditioner has given it a bit more life and I believe it has helped promote my hair growth. It tingles when I use heat.
- Massaging my scalp has been helpful and is quite relaxing.
