Sta Sof Fro & Surge

What's the difference between the two? Does one work better than the other? Don't they both contain a lot of protein, or does Surge have more?

I don't think that Sta Sof Fro is for hair growth, just for moisture and softness. SURGE is supposed to be for actual hair growth.

I use Sta So Fro after I co wash and surge to provide moisture and my hair turns out great and I have no problems.
