Spritzing Hair To Moisturize

Am natural can someone please tell why my hair tangles when I spritz it, I've used just plain water, water & conditioner and even one with a little oil added. All have the same effect, tangles

This happens to me as well! I've been trying to figure it out and I watched a video where a woman was talking about people with 4b/c and high shrinkage hair and how sometimes constant moisturizing isn't a great thing for them because of tangling.

It kind of makes sense when you think about it, if your hair is stretched for some style or even picked out and you add water or any liquid, it can revert or cause your hair to begin coiling in on itself and it's bound to lead to some tangles if your hair has a coil pattern that doesn't naturally clump or curl together.

I don't think avoiding moisture is the best idea, but if you can figure out a way to not let your hair dry out, instead letting it dry in a more stretched style like twists or plaits or something, that'd be better.
