Spring Valley MSM users

I have used this brand of MSM from the walmart for two months till I found out that it is not pure MSM so I switched to Solaray brand. I had really good results with the walamart brand my hair was literally growing over night untill I made that switch to Solaray. I'm not seeing the same results with this brand and will switch back to the walmart one.
I would like to know your results with the Spring valley MSM???

I'm taking this now but I'm not sure how effective it is because I'm in braids. How many mgs of this are you taking?

I'm taking 1 pill which is 1000 in addition to the 5oo mcg in the GNC ultra nourish.

I took it with Rexall Super Potency Biotin and went from 1/4in. a month to 1/2 in. in a month. I didn't stick with it, I hate taking pills but will start back soon.

Is that the biotin? I just started taking that a week ago. I'm currently at 5 pills a day. I'm also taking the 10 grain gelatin.. 8 capsules a day.
