Hi there ladies

Are spiral curls considered a protective style?

Thanks in advance

Hey, I don't think it's really considered a protective style, BUT it is considered a a low-manipulation style, which is a good thing also.

If you're rollersetting your hair and not applying heat to it everyday or combing at it everyday, or just manipulating it too much everyday then that's good for your hair.

You could rollerset your hair, let it dry, take out the rollers, and where your curls/spirals for up to a week, I'm sure.
